Premarket Tobacco Product Applications (PMTA)
As part of our commitment to regulatory compliance, USA Vape Lab submitted Premarket Tobacco Product Applications (PMTAs) for our eligible product portfolio in accordance with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s requirements.
Our applications successfully progressed through the FDA’s initial acceptance and filing review process.
We will continue to provide updates to our wholesale partners as significant regulatory developments occur.
